1. Post-harvest batch analysis
After harvesting, a sample of each batch is selected for thorough analysis by our quality assurance team. At this stage, size, Brix (sugar level), firmness, and other key metrics are assessed to ensure that each batch meets our stringent quality standards.
2. Initial Scanning and Sorting
The sorted fruit is scanned for any substantial defects. This scanner uses advanced technology to identify internal and external imperfections. The fruit is then automatically sorted by weight and size, complying with legal requirements and ensuring consistency in product quality.
3. Manual Inspection
After sorting, the fruits go through a manual inspection where our quality experts perform a final check. This step ensures that only fruits that meet our high standards move through the process.
4. Packaging and labelling
Selected fruits are carefully packed to preserve their freshness and quality. Each pack is labelled with detailed information, ensuring quality standards and compliance with food safety regulations.
5. Storage and distribution
