Ingredients (4 people)
- 2 persimmons
- 2 balls of mozzarella cheese
- 200 g of cured ham
- 2 tablespoons of chives
- Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
- Salt
Method
- First of all, prepare the ingredients for this persimmon and mozzarella salad. Peel the persimmon and cut it as desired. Drain the mozzarella, cut it in half and chop the chives finely.
- For the dressing for this persimmon salad we are going to prepare a Modena and honey vinaigrette that goes perfectly with both the persimmon and the mozzarella. You can find the link to the vinaigrette recipe in the list of ingredients.
- Assemble the salad by placing a slice of persimmon in the centre of the plate as a base for the mozzarella and the rest of the persimmon around it.
- When all the persimmon is on the plate, add the cured ham. Grind a little black pepper as desired, add the chopped chives and the Modena and honey vinaigrette.
